  • After 12 hours, orders cannot be changed or canceled, as they will have already been processed and sent to the carrier.

  • Details of the requested modification or cancellation

3. Refunds for Canceled or Modified Orders

  • Once we receive your request, we will review and respond within 1 business day.
  • If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 3 days, reflecting the full order value (for cancellations) or the adjusted amount (for modifications).
