By placing an order with GlowLamp, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and a hassle-free shopping experience. This policy applies to orders placed within the United States and the United Kingdom.

A. 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

B. No Return Label? No Worries!

We do not include return labels in our packages. To initiate a return, please contact support@glowlamp.shop, and our team will assist you.

C. Return Process

To start a return, email support@glowlamp.shop with the following details:

Order number and full name
Proof of purchase (screenshot or order details)
Reason for return
Photo or video showing the defect or issue (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 72 hours. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us at support@glowlamp.shop immediately so we can resolve the issue.

E. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or the wrong size. To request an exchange, email support@glowlamp.shop.

F. Return Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrect products: GlowLamp covers the return shipping cost.
For change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
For incorrect product orders: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers must cover return shipping expenses.
Return method: Returns must be sent via mail.
No restocking fee is charged.

Important: A photo or video of the received item showing the issue is required for returns.

G. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

H. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
✔ If you request a cancellation after 12 hours, it may be treated as a "change of mind" return.
✔ Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. GlowLamp is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer errors.
